Below are a selection of our properties for casual rental. Please note that these properties are only a guide to our casual rentals throughout the year, and they may  not necessarily be available . Minimum booking periods apply as follows:

  • Off peak - 2 night minimum
  • Long Weekends - 3 night minimum
  • Easter Weekend - 3 night minimum
  • Christmas and New Year Peak - 10 night minimum
  • Beach Hop – For maximum time of the Event

Peak Periods are 20 December to 20 January, Waitangi Day, Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend and Beach Hop.

A one-off administration fee applies to all bookings.
